I recently bought the Mens Health Book of Muscle. It outlines workouts from beginner to advanced which would take years to complete. I was wondering if anyone had followed the workouts and what kind of results they had achieved?

Be careful with many of these men’s muscle magazines, alot of it is just not reality. Just be aware…..
I bought that book as well and never really followed the workouts. I believe that some of the workouts there should be in your routine because they work well. For a an actual routine go to bodybuilding.com and choose out of hundreds that fit what you want. Excellent luck
